Purely Natural started the way most good things do — small, and close to home. That's us, Aisha and Sally. We press, whip, label, and pack every single bottle ourselves, in Ghana, before it goes anywhere near a delivery truck.

Delivery within Ghana is charged at a flat local courier rate. International shipping is calculated based on your destination and order weight, and we confirm the total with you before your order is dispatched. Our coconut oil is cold-pressed without heat or chemicals, and all our products are made in small batches from natural, locally sourced ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, parabens or preservatives. The virgin coconut oil is pure enough for skin, hair and cooking alike. As with any skincare product, we recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Completely normal! Pure coconut oil is naturally solid below about 24°C and liquid above it. Solidifying and melting doesn't affect quality in any way — it's actually a sign the oil is pure and unrefined. To liquefy it, simply place the closed bottle in warm water for a few minutes.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
